Shipping & Returns


We ship 5 days a week, twice a day (closed Saturdays & Sundays). Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment in most instances. We will provide tracking numbers after each order is processed that you can use to keep updated on your packages. Tracking is not available at this time for international orders.


If for any reason you need to cancel an order before it ships, just call us at 507-932-3795 and let us know.


We want you to be happy with your order but if you have issues with your items, please contact us at 507-932-3795. In the event you do need to return an item, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item in question.

Refunds will be processed to the same account the payment came from. Please be aware we do not reimburse shipping costs either way.


Returns need to be generated within 7 days of receipt of order. Also, all leather must be returned in the manner it was shipped. For example, if a hide is rolled on receipt it must be returned rolled. Not following this instruction can result in a 25% restocking fee. We must require this.


If an exchange is required, additional costs may be expected for example shipping costs, changes in costing for different items and are payable prior to shipping of the exchange.
