Thank you for stopping at The Leather Guy. The business was born in 1997 when our 2 children were toddlers.  We would go to local rendezvous for relaxing, family time.  After time it has snowballed into doing several weekend shows including the Albert Lea Rendezvous, Prairie Du Chein Rendezvous, Minnesota Horse Expo, Bristol Renaissance Festival, Warrens Cranberry Fest and various other local celebrations.  We also have been selling leather on the internet since 2004.  In the fall of 2006 we moved our internet business out of our garage into a larger facility, with room for expansion. Moving to the new location allowed us to open a permanent retail location in St. Charles, MN.  More space means more products for sale!!

We aim to provide a full leather shopping experience for you.  We offer a full line of leather hides including: bison, deer, elk, lambskin, goatskin, cow hides, harness & saddle leather hides, garment hides, upholstery hides, and an endless supply of leather scraps & suede. We have recently added Fiebings dyes, stains and treatments.  We are constantly expanding in leathercrafting books, leather tools, rivets, snaps and conchos.
