This is for a Quart can of Masters All-Purpose Cement.
- Directions: Sand or rough up surface of material to be bonded. Material must be free of oil, grease, and dirt before applying cement. For high speed bonding: apply one coat of cement to each part and let parts dry (approximately 3 minutes, may vary with weather conditions.) Join parts together and hammer down or apply pressure. For bonding with heat activation: heat activate both parts to be bonded for approximately 2 - 4 minutes and follow above directions.
- Use on leather as well as rubber, wood, glass, cork, etc
- Must use in proper ventilation; it is flammable.
- This cannot be shipped via Air, or outside the United States
