These are Grade #1 hides: which means, there are few holes (just edges, mostly), possibly a brand. There could be some natural scarring as well (bite scars, scuffs, scratches, rubs, i.e.; but minimal), as this gives your leather its character.The grain may be heavier & bolder in some areas, which is quite common with Bison hides. A naturally grained hide.Fullgrain leather hides are the best quality one can buy! The photos are examples, of the hide you will receive.
If you need special dimensions, call or email us with your needs. Generally the hides are a minimum of 4 1/2' in the middle width of the hide, and 5-5 1/2' in the middle of the length of the hide (spine).
